Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual

You'll join the Data side of the AI team, owning all aspects of data collection to support model training at petabyte scale. The role bridges infrastructure, engineering, and research to build high-quality datasets cost-effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and integrate new audio data streams into the ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend cloud infrastructure (GCP, Terraform) for data pipelines
- Partner with ML scientists to optimize the cost/throughput/quality frontier
- Collaborate with AI leadership on dataset roadmap for consumer and enterprise products
You bring 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency in Python/bash scripting, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred). Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing is a plus. A BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field is expected. You're scrappy, adaptable, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
