The Context Model Core team is building a real-time digital twin of enterprise operations that bridges enterprise systems and AI, capturing how business flows across systems to enable organizations and AI agents to optimize complex workflows in real time.
As a Full Stack Engineer on this team, you will shape the foundation powering the future of Enterprise AI and Process Intelligence. You'll tackle full-stack engineering challenges end-to-end: designing scalable microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and building rich, interactive UI components in Angular and TypeScript. Working closely with product and design teams, you'll transform abstract data modeling into fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences that impact enterprises globally.
Key responsibilities include developing servers using Java Spring Boot, improving the developer work environment (Nx, Jest, OpenAPI, Docker, shell), playing an active role in product discussions and roadmap shaping, contributing to core architecture and components, driving application performance improvements for big data, writing clean and testable code, providing peer feedback, building and maintaining production features, and helping define an inclusive engineering culture.
You'll work on building the next generation of process mining by developing core platform capabilities that power the Celonis Context Model, enabling customers to model business processes as they operate in reality, adding semantic meaning to business data and making it efficiently queryable, partnering with AI/ML teams to simplify context modeling, and enabling connected enterprise-wide process insights.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 1+ years of product development experience, experience working closely with product and other stakeholders, strong communication and collaboration skills, and passion to learn and grow as a software engineer. Preferred experience includes Angular TypeScript and Java Spring Boot.
