You will join the Product and Sustenance Engineering team as a Software Engineer, designing, developing, and maintaining innovative products for on-premises offerings. Your responsibilities include implementing product features for on-prem platforms, collaborating with Product Managers, Customer Support, System Engineers, and customers to diagnose problems in complex codebases and drive rapid, high-quality fixes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative products for on-prem offerings
- Implement product features for on-premises platforms
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams on technical and business strategies
- Drive test-driven development and delivery of high-quality, enterprise-class solutions
- Lead a culture of team ownership and accountability
- Participate in Agile development processes
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support decision-making
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering
- 4-8 years of experience developing and solving large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in C++, Golang, or system-side programming
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Quick learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepower
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and improve testing methodologies
Desirable qualifications:
- Knowledge of distributed systems, networking, storage, or virtualization
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native services
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization
