Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that aggregates thousands of data streams into a real-time 3D command and control center, delivering cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military.
The Factory Systems organization owns the physical-to-digital interface of Anduril's manufacturing ecosystem, including endpoints, software, and infrastructure. You will join a fast-paced team developing and operating a foundational software test platform used to systematically test Anduril's products and create analytics to improve development processes.
In this role, you will champion automation and reduce operator time and instruction complexity through parallel execution, data acquisition, and automated deployment tools. You'll solve complex, multi-platform problems spanning software and hardware integration, working alongside talented engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams in a mini-startup environment.
Key responsibilities include: designing elegant platform solutions that integrate with edge and cloud systems; writing high-quality, performant, scalable, and reliable code; engaging in code reviews and architectural discussions; providing technical support to platform users; and developing deep expertise in portions of the stack.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; 3+ years of relevant software development experience; proficiency in .NET (C#/ASP.NET/.Net Core) for RESTful backend services; experience with cloud architectures on AWS or similar platforms; containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with relational databases (SQLite, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL systems (DynamoDB, Redis); U.S. citizenship (required for access to export-controlled data).
Preferred qualifications include experience in hyper-growth startup environments, familiarity with edge-to-cloud communication and messaging protocols, knowledge of CPython internals and embedding in .NET, and familiarity with frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled development workflows.
