As a Software Engineer, you will be a core partner in the product team, responsible for solving meaningful customer problems and turning ideas into production-ready software. You will work in a culture of radical end-to-end ownership where teams deploy to production dozens of times daily.
Key responsibilities include:
• AI-Native Software Development: Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) as part of your daily development process to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, and explore technical solutions faster while applying strong engineering judgment.
• Builder Mentality: Take ideas, challenge assumptions, build prototypes when needed, and iterate quickly to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, production-ready solutions without waiting for perfect specifications.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own your features from idea to production—build it, ship it, monitor it, and continuously improve it, taking full responsibility for both customer impact and technical quality.
• Product Partnership: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers throughout discovery and delivery. Your technical insights will help shape product decisions before coding begins.
You bring 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software with strong expertise in modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments. You have a proven track record of owning features or services from design through production and demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered development tools daily. You possess strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments working closely with cross-functional teams.
