Salary: USD 165,000 - 260,000 / annual

As a Software Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of software development including design, coding, code review, testing, bug fixing, and documentation. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, growth, and marketing teams to plan features and build a high-quality product that elevates developer productivity. Your work will span the entire technical stack—from native apps in Rust and WASM to server-side programming in Go, graphics programming, and shell/Linux programming—ensuring users have an efficient and delightful experience.
You'll improve Warp's performance and reliability by building new features and polishing existing product areas. You'll prototype ideas to get quick feedback from internal and external users, work across the full stack, and mentor peers while building strong team connections. The role is ideal for someone passionate about helping developers ship better software more quickly, with strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and user empathy. Experience with Rust, WASM, shell/Linux programming, Go, or graphics programming is a bonus.
