Cadonix, a Re:Build division, is the global leader in cloud-delivered ECAD tools for wire harness design, simulation, and manufacturing.
You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling innovative cloud-enabled products in the wire harness design and manufacturing space. Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the design and architecture of a cloud-centric software and hardware product, ensuring high performance for multi-tenant applications with real-time interactions between cloud components and on-site hardware.
- Conducting trade-off analyses to select architectures and configurations that deliver high product availability and reliability.
- Contributing to technical excellence through system design, validation, and documentation.
- Driving agile processes by participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team-wide planning.
- Collaborating with product managers, QA engineers, and applications engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
You bring a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus 1-5 years of professional software development experience. You are proficient in distributed systems and cloud-connected applications on AWS, with strong experience in Python, web frameworks (FastAPI, Nuxt), and distributed task management (Celery). You communicate effectively and collaborate well across functional teams.
Preferred qualifications include experience with high-availability systems combining hardware and software (IoT, embedded systems, edge computing), MQTT, agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, multi-tenant AWS deployments, and international team collaboration.
