As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take full ownership of products and features from concept through delivery. You'll work across the full stack, designing and building front-end experiences without relying on pre-set designs, while also developing high-scale, high-availability backend services in Go and managing infrastructure setup depending on your team assignment.
Key responsibilities include engaging directly with users to understand their needs, aligning product work with strategic direction, and identifying what the team should build next. You'll have the opportunity to test MVPs in production with real users, iterate rapidly based on feedback, and ensure long-term success of your features. You'll also contribute to customer success by jumping in as a Support Hero, helping customers troubleshoot issues and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with the platform.
