Part of ATI Global, one of the largest international LegalTech companies, LEAP Dev operates across Australia, Canada, the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and New Zealand with over 1,000 employees. You'll join the Apps & Integrations Team as a Full Stack Software Engineer, working genuinely across the entire technology stack. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to new projects while supporting mission-critical applications that customers depend on daily. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software. Key responsibilities include: building responsive web applications in JavaScript/TypeScript using modern frameworks like SvelteKit or Next.js; designing, building, and maintaining reliable backend services and APIs in C#/.NET; working hands-on with LLMs and evaluating emerging AI tooling to solve real customer problems; collaborating with DevOps on cloud deployment and infrastructure; contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction; writing tests, fixing bugs, and maintaining system health; and participating in agile ceremonies. You'll bring 2–4 years of commercial software development experience across front-end and back-end. Required skills: solid C#/.NET experience; strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with modern frameworks (React or Svelte); RESTful API experience and database design knowledge; analytical thinking and problem-solving; excellent collaboration and communication; and self-motivation. Cloud platform experience (AWS) and practical LLM/AI technology experience are valued. LEAP emphasizes a people-first, inclusive culture where your work directly impacts lawyers helping their communities. You'll have full trust and autonomy on meaningful projects, work with authentic, passionate colleagues, and enjoy flexible hybrid arrangements. Benefits include an additional paid wellbeing day, free gym membership, corporate dental, weekly office massages, catered meals, and access to LEAP Home (a unique home-buying support program). The new Sydney office features a beautiful workspace with a fully stocked kitchen and on-site barista.
