As a Software Engineer, you will help build a software-based platform that scales indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions. You will work across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to deliver secure, high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers
- Build and optimize user-facing features using TypeScript and React
- Develop server-side services and tooling using Node.js and Flask
- Write and maintain backend systems and services in Java and C++
- Perform data analytics and data visualization to inform product decisions and system performance
- Apply algorithm design skills to solve complex engineering problems across distributed systems
You will be deeply embedded in systems used daily across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and many more, shipping agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack with the craft and care required for enterprise trust.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or closely related field (or suitable combination of education, training, and experience)
- Experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications, OR building full-stack applications spanning front-end, REST APIs, and application servers, OR training and productionizing machine learning or information retrieval systems
- Full-stack development experience
