Salary: USD 107,000 - 143,000 / annual

You'll join an agentic-first engineering team that leverages AI not just for code generation but for research, problem-solving, and breaking down complex challenges. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership: you'll take responsibility for the full lifecycle of your code from design through deployment and monitoring.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving solutions across the full stack with hands-on development in React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET/C#
- Partnering with product managers and engaging directly with customers to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements
- Using agentic workflows and AI tools to amplify your judgment and maintain high quality standards
- Collaborating with a high-performing team while mentoring others on AI-assisted development practices
- Participating in on-call rotations and leading incident responses using advanced logging, monitoring, and debugging tools
- Continuously refining engineering culture and processes
You bring full-stack proficiency with hands-on experience building applications across the stack. You're comfortable with relational and non-relational databases, writing queries, and designing data models. You have a growth mindset, deep commitment to reliability and quality, and treat LLMs and agentic tools as core parts of your toolkit. You're curious about customer workflows and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus experience includes cannabis industry background, POS/ecommerce/payments software development, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS), or previous experience bringing AI-assisted workflows to engineering teams.
Compensation includes a starting salary of $107,000–$143,000 (based on level), full medical/dental/vision benefits, equity in the form of stock options, technology allowance, and flexible vacation/sick days.
