Salary: USD 111,900 - 162,250 / annual

DocuSign is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Strategic Partner Integration team in Seattle. This is a hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) focused on full-stack development of enterprise cloud integrations. You will own the complete development lifecycle—designing, building, testing, and deploying product features for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform. Working within a microservices architecture, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize and scale complex cloud integrations in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key responsibilities include: - Design and implement high-quality software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript - Create robust architecture and design patterns for scalable, maintainable applications - Manage technical debt through continuous refactoring and code health initiatives - Translate product and design requirements into scalable technical designs - Write comprehensive automated tests and participate in code reviews - Identify and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption - Research and evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks - Participate in on-call rotation Required qualifications: - BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent - 3+ years software engineering experience in a SaaS organization - 3+ years building resilient platforms and microservice-based architectures - Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar) - Full-stack capability: both frontend and backend development - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Experience in Agile environments - Hands-on microservices and RESTful API design experience Preferred qualifications include .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core, React/JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure cloud stack (Kubernetes, CosmosDB, EventHub), CI/CD pipelines, containers/Kubernetes, and modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
