DocuSign is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to own all aspects of the software development lifecycle—design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance—for customer-facing product features. You will primarily develop React/TypeScript frontends and backend APIs using Node.js or C#, working within microservices and micro-frontend architectures. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining responsive, modular UI components; developing and maintaining API endpoints and associated logic; building and maintaining microservices and micro-frontend architectures; ensuring seamless user experiences across the full stack; collaborating with cross-functional teams on design alignment and roadblock resolution; and guiding and mentoring other engineers through design and code reviews. You bring 3+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON. You have full-stack experience in object-oriented languages (C#, Java), have worked with designers and usability researchers, and hold a BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include passion for UI/UX, experience with RESTful web services and GraphQL, familiarity with cross-browser behaviors, telemetry-driven insights, and Git/CI-CD tools. The role is hybrid with a minimum 2 days per week in-office requirement (frequency may vary by team). DocuSign offers competitive compensation, RSUs, comprehensive health benefits, paid parental leave (up to 6 months), retirement plans, learning and development opportunities, and paid time off. Note: visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already be authorized to work in the US.
