You will join as a Full-Stack Engineer responsible for owning significant features end-to-end across Dialpad's web and desktop applications. This is a senior individual contributor role with mentoring responsibilities—you'll guide projects where multiple engineers collaborate on major features, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with Product Managers to advocate for technical initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain Dialpad's web and desktop applications using modern technologies
- Collaborate with the data science team to build the Agentic AI framework
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to build features rapidly
- Write clean, modular, maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability
- Ship features on time with the highest quality standards
- Participate in on-call support for QA and customer issues
You'll report to an Engineering Manager based in North America and work from the Vancouver office. The role requires someone intensely curious, holding themselves to a high bar, and embodying Dialpad's core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.
