We are seeking applied AI research engineers to join our team and push the frontier of what's possible in agentic AI marketing applications, with particular focus on image and video generation. This is a senior role emphasizing impact and growth potential over years of experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rapidly iterating and developing proofs of concept to explore maximum potential of integrating AI into data and marketing workflows
- Designing and developing evaluation and improvement systems that can make advancements autonomously
- Expanding feasibility of AI-generated video, including realistic human generation
- Experimenting with approaches for generating brand assets aligned to specific company aesthetics
- Grounding research work in concrete customer and product applications
The ideal candidate brings strong probabilistic and quantitative thinking, creativity and experimental mindset with LLM applications, and product intuition. Prior LLM/AI experience is not required, but strong technical skills in backend architecture or probabilistic systems are essential. You'll work on problems spanning both product and technical dimensions, architecting end-to-end solutions from concept to implementation.
