Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 / annual

In this role, you'll be a core contributor to Cadence's remote patient monitoring platform, enabling medical professionals to monitor and interact with millions of patients across the U.S. to improve medical outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services for the Cadence platform
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes on a rapidly growing team
- Collaborate with product owners, internal stakeholders, and customers to determine optimal solutions
- Work with other engineers in a 6-week delivery cycle to ship well-designed, architected features
- Contribute to platform development and scalability
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Backend or Fullstack Software Engineer
- Experience writing server applications (Golang preferred)
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments
- Cloud environment experience (AWS or Google Cloud)
- Relational database experience (Postgres or MySQL)
Compensation includes base salary ($150,000–$250,000 depending on experience and seniority), equity, comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and home office stipend. Role is fully remote.
