You will join as a Senior QA Engineer focused on building robust testing frameworks and validation systems for customer journey flows and end-to-end scenarios. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Design and build scalable, maintainable testing frameworks that developers will actively adopt and use
- Formulate testing tools and best practices that enable developer ownership of quality throughout the feature development lifecycle
- Architect and execute integration points for testing within deployment pipelines
- Create comprehensive testing plans that scale across the development organization
- Drive quality-first practices by moving testing earlier into the development process
- Partner with engineering teams to establish testing standards and automation strategies
You will be instrumental in shifting the testing mindset from a gate-keeping function to an embedded quality practice. Success in this role requires deep expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and the ability to influence engineering culture around quality. You should have strong opinions on how to make testing accessible and valuable to developers, not burdensome.
The role is hybrid-friendly based in Atlanta, allowing flexibility while collaborating with the core team.
