F5 is seeking a Software Development Engineer III with deep Salesforce expertise to design and develop cutting-edge, scalable solutions. This role combines full-stack development with AI-powered innovation, requiring you to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
You will drive full-stack engineering efforts across Salesforce platforms, building Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Apex code while integrating front-end and back-end customization. You'll also implement multi-platform services using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python, ensuring customer-focused UIs and seamless integrations across Salesforce and external systems.
Key responsibilities include designing scalable, reusable technical solutions; developing and maintaining Salesforce platform applications; implementing and customizing agentic platforms like AgentForce; integrating AWS services using industry-standard practices; building AI-driven features using tools like Copilot or Codex; establishing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments via GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins; and collaborating with architects, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
You'll also monitor system performance and reliability in partnership with Site Reliability Engineers, provide production support, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and application capabilities.
Required qualifications: 5+ years as a full-stack developer with advanced Salesforce expertise; strong hands-on skills in Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex, System Administration, and Platform App Builder; deep understanding of AgentForce or similar agentic platforms with successful implementation experience; proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development workflows; experience developing and integrating scalable AWS services with solid knowledge of authentication and integration best practices (API Gateway, IAM, OAuth); proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, CosmosDB); and exceptional knowledge of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with focus on standards compliance and accessibility.
