You will join the systems engineering team to build infrastructure supporting AI/ML applications and deliver a delightful user experience. The role focuses on designing scalable, performant systems with deep expertise in operating systems, distributed systems, databases, and networking. You will work on optimizing memory usage, designing for scale, and building systems that handle complex workloads in multi-tenant environments.
As a Software Developer on the Systems team, you will architect and implement core infrastructure components, collaborate with a global engineering team, and have the opportunity to lead a small team while remaining hands-on. Your work will directly impact the platform's ability to support AI-driven workflows and customer success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- At least 5-7 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in C, C++, Java, and/or Golang
- Strong experience with memory and performance optimization
- Experience building and working with API integrations
- Affinity to lead a small team while remaining hands-on in engineering
- Knowledge of and experience with agile development processes
- Creative problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years programming with two or more of: C, C++, Java, Golang, or Python
- Experience with microservices-based scalable architecture implementation and development
- Experience with Cloud development technologies (AWS Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Experience building and operating large-scale systems in multi-tenant environments
