Stay22 is a Montreal-based platform that helps creators and digital platforms monetize their traffic through integrations with travel suppliers and other commerce partners. The company processes over $1 billion in annual transactions and serves 6,500+ creators across travel, retail, lifestyle, publishing, events, and transport sectors.
The Integrations squad is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (backend-focused) to design and scale supplier integrations and data pipelines. This is a hands-on technical role with mentorship responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy supplier integrations and data pipelines
- Build and maintain robust APIs and integration services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Ingest, normalize, and maintain data via APIs, SFTP, and other channels
- Implement supplier deep-linking solutions for seamless user experience
- Integrate booking and commission data for reliable reporting
- Ensure security, observability, and scalability of pipelines in collaboration with Infrastructure
- Partner with product and data teams to maximize data value
- Mentor junior developers and promote clean, maintainable code practices
Required qualifications:
- 6–8+ years of backend/fullstack development experience (Node.js, TypeScript)
- Strong database expertise (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design
- Cloud experience required (GCP preferred); Python a plus
- Computer science degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills
- Comfortable in agile environments with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluent English for daily communication with international colleagues and direct reports
