Stay22 is a Montreal-based platform that helps creators and digital platforms monetize their traffic through integrations with travel suppliers and other commerce partners. The company processes over $1 billion in annual transactions and serves 6,500+ creators across travel, retail, lifestyle, publishing, events, and transport.
The Integrations squad is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (backend-focused) to design, develop, and scale supplier integrations and data pipelines. This is a hands-on technical role with mentorship responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deploy supplier integrations and data pipelines that ingest data from APIs, SFTP, and other sources
- Build and maintain robust integration services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
- Normalize and structure third-party data at scale to power search, booking, and reporting features
- Implement deep-linking solutions for seamless user experiences
- Ensure security, observability, and scalability of pipelines in collaboration with Infrastructure
- Mentor junior developers and promote clean, maintainable code practices
- Partner with Product and Data teams to maximize data value
Required qualifications:
- 6–8+ years of backend/fullstack development experience (Node.js, TypeScript)
- Strong database design and API development skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Cloud experience required (GCP preferred); Python a plus
- Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities
- Comfortable in agile environments with shifting priorities
- Fluent English for daily communication with international colleagues
