Curve Dental is seeking a Software Developer to join their team building cloud-based dental practice management software. The role involves full-stack development across C#/.NET backend services and TypeScript/Angular front-end applications, with ownership of features from design through production deployment.
You will take a leadership role in stewarding code quality, mentoring other developers, and driving technical direction. The position requires strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. You'll work on complex problems including production issue diagnosis, end-to-end troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-stack feature development and ownership
- Mentoring junior developers and elevating team standards
- Backend development in C#/.NET with solid SQL and relational database expertise
- Front-end development in TypeScript with modern frameworks (Angular preferred)
- Production support and performance optimization
- Collaborating on technical direction and architecture decisions
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional software development experience, a BS in Computer Science or equivalent, and demonstrates technical excellence combined with a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable owning larger, more open-ended problems as you grow with the team.
