As a Software Architect, you will drive the design and development of Aspire's next-generation architecture to support high growth and long-term sustainability. You'll work with an international and diverse engineering team to build a leading fintech product across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant fintech systems capable of handling high traffic and large data volumes
- Execute complex, vertical-specific technical projects from conception through delivery
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and implement efficient solutions
- Define technical standards for microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and data architecture
- Ensure systems are built with correctness, concurrency control, and fault tolerance
- Balance scalability, performance, and reliability with safety and auditability requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of professional experience in fintech startups or high-growth technology companies
- Education from top-tier universities
- Strong hands-on programming skills across multiple languages and frameworks
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and system architecture
- Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Knowledge of caching, message brokers, logging, and monitoring tools
- Proven ability to design systems with high concurrency, fault tolerance, and race condition handling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with backend languages: PHP, Go, Python, Node.js, or Java
- Specific expertise in PHP development
- Understanding of database systems and data architecture
- Knowledge of scalability and performance optimization for high-traffic systems
- Experience with software development methodologies and technical documentation
