OnePay is a consumer fintech platform offering banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto services. Backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, the company is building an all-in-one financial services platform for millions of Americans.
As Social Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of OnePay's social program, ensuring content ships efficiently and campaigns drive measurable impact. You'll own the infrastructure that keeps the team moving fast: building and maintaining the master content calendar across all platforms and campaigns, managing organic/paid handoffs, and ensuring publishing readiness through asset QA, copy approvals, scheduling, and platform specifications.
Key responsibilities include managing approval workflows through Legal, Brand, and Compliance while keeping turnaround times tight and documented. You'll establish content tagging standards by campaign, format, audience, and objective, and own platform governance—publishing tool settings, UTM conventions, and tagging taxonomy—to ensure downstream data reliability. You'll support creator campaign operations by tracking deliverables, approvals, and timelines, while surfacing creator trends and top-performing assets to inform content strategy.
You'll build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports with standardized metrics, track core engagement KPIs, and flag anomalies early. Leveraging AI tools, you'll accelerate reporting, tagging, and QA processes, maintaining campaign performance logs for quarterly reviews and budget conversations. You'll also establish and maintain SOPs, templates, and project documentation to prevent process reinvention each cycle, and set Social SEO tagging standards for discoverability.
You bring 4+ years in social media operations, marketing operations, or creative project management. You have a track record building and managing content calendars at scale across multiple platforms and configuring publishing/project tools (Notion, Jira, Sprout Social, Google Workspace, Slack) for real team workflows. You understand FTC content policies and platform compliance requirements, are comfortable with AI tools, and communicate clearly with high attention to detail. You're a builder and executor who thrives in fast-moving environments.
