Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000 / annual

Campus is seeking a Social Media Content Producer to represent the brand and mission online. You will develop and execute social media and content strategies that engage the target audience, promote educational offerings, and build brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and share engaging content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn - Produce visually appealing, on-trend, and informative posts aligned with brand identity - Collaborate with marketing, PR, and cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with business goals - Contribute to and implement overall social media strategy to expand awareness and interest - Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform content strategy - Stay updated on latest social media trends and best practices The role offers a hybrid work schedule (Monday and Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in-office at the Tribeca, NY location). You'll be part of a Series B edtech company with a mission-driven culture. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media and/or content creation roles - Excellent content creation skills: video shooting (at minimum on iPhone), video editing, and basic graphic design - Demonstrated experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok - Familiarity with Figma for visual design (preferred) - Strong aesthetic judgment and high standards for your own work - Adaptability and flexibility to evolving trends and technologies in social media - Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines - Bonus: willingness to appear on-camera occasionally
