Precision for Medicine is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) that combines clinical trial execution with scientific expertise, laboratory capabilities, and advanced data sciences to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies.
We are seeking an accomplished Site Contract Manager to join our team and manage clinical site agreements across the APAC region. This is a senior individual contributor role—not a line management position—focused on contract strategy, negotiation, and execution.
In this role, you will:
- Review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements across multiple locations
- Take the lead in setting up contracting strategies for assigned projects
- Manage the full site contract lifecycle from strategy development through execution
- Negotiate site budgets and ensure alignment with study timelines
- Serve as a client-facing representative during the site contracting process
- Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables meet defined timelines
- Interact with global institutions with a focus on APAC sites
You will thrive in a detail-oriented, multifaceted environment where you take ownership of complex projects and contribute meaningfully to high-performing teams. Some domestic and occasional international travel, including overnight stays, is expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college) or higher; postgraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations
- Background in a legal, scientific, or healthcare discipline
- Proven experience in a CRO, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry setting (essential)
- Demonstrated experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors
- Strong organizational and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, or business administration
- Proficiency in setting up contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations
- Fluency in English
- Experience managing relationships with study teams, sites, and sponsors
