As Legal Counsel, you will support Fever's global operations with a primary focus on the company's rapid expansion into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Based at Fever's headquarters in Madrid, you will serve as a key business partner to internal teams, providing proactive legal guidance on corporate, commercial, compliance, and dispute matters across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: - Providing general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the CEE region - Collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation support - Monitoring legislative and jurisprudence developments relevant to the region - Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritize and manage complex legal matters - Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions - Contributing to company knowledge management, including preparation and revision of legal templates and guides - Prioritizing work based on company strategy and objectives - Supporting the upskilling and growth of other team members You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where autonomy, proactivity, and business acumen are essential. The role offers exposure to international expansion, commercial partnerships, and complex multi-jurisdictional legal issues. Requirements: - Barred or practicing Polish lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) - Demonstrated experience working on projects spanning multiple CEE jurisdictions - Fluent English and Polish; additional European language strongly preferred - Background in top-tier law firms or in-house experience at large-scale multinationals - Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes - Strong technical skills and effective communication with emotional intelligence - Willingness to relocate to Madrid (flexible timing available)
