Salary: USD 125,000 - 140,000 / annual
AEVEX is seeking a SIGINT Operator to support complex global, strategic-level operations against high-priority threats to U.S. national security. This is a full-time, onsite position in Washington, DC within a 24/7 intelligence operations center.
In this role, you will operate and manage signals intelligence (SIGINT) equipment to intercept, analyze, and report on electronic communications and signals. You will serve as a technical leader, leveraging SIGINT operations and collection equipment expertise within a multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and fusing complex SIGINT data sets, supporting intelligence operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable intelligence.
You will be expected to think critically, communicate complex information clearly, and demonstrate accountability as a proactive teammate. The role involves regular attendance on a full-time basis with occasional sitting and computer work.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of relevant SIGINT experience and a military background or equivalent operations experience. Technical competency in areas such as SIGINT Collection/Analysis/Targeting, ELINT Collection/Analysis, Electronic Warfare (EW), Cryptologic Linguistics, Radio Operations, Cyber Security, Network Engineering/Security, or Information Technology is essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted.
You must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret DoD clearance with Polygraph.
