Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries and reaching over 300 million people monthly. The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic at the company, driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the organization.
As an SFMC Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer engagement. Your primary responsibility is to turn user data and business questions into actionable insights and concrete improvements to how Fever retains and grows its global user base. You will define customer segmentation frameworks, measure the impact of engagement initiatives, automate reporting, and help translate analytical findings into CRM strategies that the broader team executes. You will own the analytical layer that shapes what the company does next.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses, and behavioural analytics frameworks to understand Fever's global user base
- Define measurement and attribution methodologies for CRM initiatives — quantify the impact of engagement campaigns on retention, frequency, and revenue
- Translate business questions into structured analyses, and analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards, and data products that track CRM performance
- Work with the CRM execution team to define audience targeting logic, personalisation rules, and trigger conditions grounded in data
- Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back) and propose data-backed strategies to improve each
- Support cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Data teams on customer strategy and CRM roadmap priorities
The role offers a hybrid work setup with a central Madrid office location, flexible remuneration, private health & dental insurance, gym membership, language learning support, and a 40% discount on all Fever events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science) — non-negotiable
- 2–5 years of experience in a data-analytical role: customer analytics, business intelligence, management consulting (strategy/analytics practice), or CRM strategy
- Strong SQL skills — ability to write complex queries to extract and transform customer data independently
- Python or R experience for data analysis and automation; comfortable scripting analyses
- Ability to build business cases and communicate data findings to non-technical audiences
- Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking — methodical approach to ambiguous business questions
- High level of English; Spanish is a plus
- Consulting or analytics background at a top-tier firm (Deloitte, McKinsey, Accenture, BCG, or equivalent) is a significant advantage
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, Braze, or similar) is helpful but not required
