The Services Strategy team at Diligent owns the operational infrastructure that enables professional services delivery across the organization. This includes methodology frameworks, Professional Services Automation platforms, onboarding curricula, capacity management systems, and analytics that surface delivery patterns.
As a Services Strategy Manager, you will own the day-to-day operational health of one workstream—methodology, Professional Services Automation, onboarding, capacity, or data. This is a hands-on role, not administrative. You will directly build and maintain the documentation, configurations, training materials, or analytics that your workstream produces, shipping improvements that directly impact how Professional Services, Partner Delivery, Client Support, PMO, and Services Sales teams work.
Key responsibilities include:
• Workstream Ownership: Own operational health and delivery of one Services Strategy workstream within the broader function, managing priorities and execution.
• Build and Ship: Hands-on involvement in creating documentation, configurations, training materials, or analytics. You will not just define requirements but actively participate in building solutions.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with practitioners and leaders across Professional Services, Partner Delivery, Client Support, and Managed Services to understand friction points and validate improvements.
• Identify and Improve: Proactively identify friction in current processes and systems, ship improvements, and measure adoption. The focus is on continuous improvement, not maintaining status quo.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Work across multiple teams to ensure your workstream supports broader organizational goals and integrates smoothly with adjacent functions.
You will be embedded in a strategic team focused on making every Diligent services professional more effective at delivering client outcomes. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong communication with diverse stakeholders, and a bias toward shipping measurable improvements.
