Qualtrics is seeking a Services Operations Analyst to join the GTM Operations team in Provo. In this role, you will partner with leadership across Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Strategy, and Enablement to identify strategic priorities, develop go-to-market plans, and execute product-focused initiatives.
You will own high-impact projects spanning all product lines, including:
- Measuring and optimizing service offerings to improve customer experiences, renewal rates, and ACV
- Identifying and creating improved processes for driving new ACV and increasing renewal rates
- Developing playbooks that help managers and account teams focus on high-impact activities
- Driving weekly performance reporting to product leadership on renewal and growth metrics
- Planning targeted campaigns and plays for key growth strategies
- Planning product-focused Customer Success enablement sessions
- Facilitating Customer & Product Management connection programs
You will grow from handling components of large projects to owning full programs with executive sponsorship. You'll have autonomy to identify company challenges, develop solutions, and present findings to C-level executives. The team is tenured (average 6 years), close-knit, and works on initiatives with regular executive visibility.
Qualtrics operates on a hybrid model: three days in-office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your leader), with flexibility for the remainder of the week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Sales Operations, Finance, or Management Consulting
- At least 3 years of experience in the software industry and cloud platform businesses (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven ability to build scalable business operations and drive multiple concurrent projects from beginning to end
- Strong data analytics and translation skills; ability to identify key themes and develop strategies
- Strong written and visual presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to work cross-functionally and provide structure to ambiguous situations
- Detail-oriented with natural curiosity and problem-solving orientation
