Kifli.hu (part of Rohlik Group) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end management of external suppliers and warehouse capacity across fulfillment operations in Hungary. This is a high-impact operations role with direct influence on daily fulfillment performance, capacity planning, and the company's ability to meet ambitious growth targets.
In this role, you will own supplier relationships and lead a team of coordinators while partnering closely with operations leadership. You will design and implement scalable processes to improve capacity flexibility, remove operational bottlenecks, and ensure fulfillment centers maintain optimal staffing and external workforce capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full capacity lifecycle for fulfillment centers and building high-performing partnerships with external suppliers
- Forecasting capacity needs and aligning supplier plans with evolving business priorities in partnership with operations leadership
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of project coordinators to ensure consistent execution against operational targets
- Identifying capacity constraints and introducing process improvements that increase flexibility and speed without sacrificing quality
- Maintaining clear oversight of daily warehouse capacity status using supplier updates and coordinator reports to drive data-driven operational adjustments
Kifli operates in a fast-paced e-commerce and FMCG fulfillment environment with multiple warehouse locations. You will have direct business impact on operational performance and growth delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record managing external suppliers and large-scale capacity in retail, logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing teams to achieve operational targets
- Strong knowledge of capacity management strategies with ability to leverage operational data for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships across internal operations teams and external vendors
- Fluent Hungarian and advanced English (both written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in fast-scaled, hyper-growth, or e-commerce environments
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and Hungarian labor law concepts
