Keeper Security, a leading cybersecurity software company protecting thousands of organizations and millions of people across 150+ countries, is hiring an SEO & AI Search Specialist to join the Marketing team in Cork, Ireland. This is a hybrid role for those within commutable distance to the Cork office, or fully remote for those outside the commutable area.
You will own the end-to-end SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) workflow, driving organic growth and conversions to Keeper's website. Your primary focus will be the French market, where you'll create localized content and optimize existing pages to improve search rankings and visibility. You'll work across on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content implementation, while also adapting to emerging AI-powered search trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify content and optimization opportunities through keyword and competitor research, then execute briefs, track performance, and conduct audits
- Optimize and localize content for international audiences, with primary ownership of the French market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance
- Support development and execution of SEO/GEO strategy for the French market
- Optimize blog articles, product pages, landing pages, glossary pages and other website content
- Collaborate with the global SEO/GEO team and cross-functional teams (Development, Product, Design)
- Support GEO efforts, including optimizing content for visibility in AI-powered search answers
- Track, analyze and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry tools
- Manage the EMEA SEO/GEO content calendar for blogs
- Stay updated on SEO/GEO trends and algorithm updates
- Continuously test and refine SEO strategies to drive improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Native French speaker with excellent written French and strong understanding of French search behavior and cultural nuances
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, project and time management skills
- Creative problem solver and team player with positive attitude
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factors
- Familiarity with industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable in fast-paced, team-based environment
Preferred qualifications include: cybersecurity industry knowledge, international SEO and French content localization experience, SEO reporting and dashboard experience, understanding of how content is structured and interpreted by search engines and LLMs, conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience, familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization and AI-powered search platforms, technical SEO knowledge (website architecture, redirects, canonicalization), basic HTML/JavaScript/Python/CSS knowledge as it relates to SEO, and WordPress or CMS familiarity.
