Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and automate key business functions
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead system-centric projects from conception through completion, defining scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Integrate third-party systems and vendors into company infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal software development teams on custom solution builds
• Provide guidance, training, and documentation to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices
You will work as a primary administrator with limited reliance on external resources, managing complex implementations in a fast-paced defense technology environment. The role requires full-time in-office presence in Costa Mesa with up to 25% travel to other offices for hands-on instruction and support.
Required qualifications include 5+ years designing and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred), proven experience leading complex system projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent cross-functional communication, and U.S. Person status for access to export-controlled data. Preferred experience includes high-security or defense industry backgrounds and exposure to ERP/HCM platforms such as Rippling, Oracle, Workday, or ADP.
