Mytra is building a new class of robotics and distributed software products to solve material movement and storage in supply chain—a $1T market. The company is focused on transforming the supply chain industry, which faces massive pressure from e-commerce growth, rising costs, and disruptions. As Senior Wireless RF Systems Engineer, you will lead hardware development of next-generation wireless products, owning the RF lifecycle from schematic capture and layout through mass production and FCC certification. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on board-level and system-level RF design, antenna integration, and hardware-to-software validation. Key responsibilities include: - Board-level and RF system design: schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout routing for high-performance wireless systems (Wi-Fi, UWB, Wi-Fi HaLow, cellular) - Enterprise AP network design and mesh networking architectures to optimize hardware performance in complex structures - RF simulation and tooling: use AP network design tools and RF simulation software to model coverage, predict interference, and optimize hardware before deployment - Antenna and desense engineering: drive antenna selection and integration while mitigating RF desense issues across multi-radio systems in metal-heavy environments - Comprehensive RF testing: execute conducted and radiated RF testing, system-level verification across Wi-Fi, cellular, and sub-GHz frequencies - Compliance and certification: lead preparation, troubleshooting, and execution of wireless products for RF FCC certification and carrier validation - Cross-functional collaboration: partner with EE and wireless software/firmware teams for seamless hardware-software integration and system bring-up - Mass production: guide designs through NPI to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring high yields and robust production test plans Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on RF and wireless hardware design experience, deep expertise in RF circuit design and antenna engineering, and a track record of bringing wireless products to market through FCC certification and mass production.
