Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Value Engineer focused on Life Sciences, you will drive AI and data-driven business transformation for Fortune 500 customers, orchestrating complex transformation initiatives across supply chain, commercial, finance, and clinical R&D domains.
You will own the complete value journey for customers, from initial discovery through ROI realization. Your responsibilities include uncovering critical business issues through deep organizational analysis, crafting executive narratives that demonstrate product-solution fit, and leading business value workshops. You will cultivate executive sponsorship up to C-suite level, co-own change management initiatives, and design Centers of Excellence roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency.
Program management is central to the role: you will steer global transformations across complex workstreams, implement AI-driven account planning, and automate executive governance (QBRs, steering committees) with minimal manual friction. You will leverage AI tools and the Celonis platform to design solutions for rapid technical outputs, partnering with Applied Value Engineers for deeper solution builds. You will champion platform adoption and build expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis as a strategic platform.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales, taking ownership of complex workstreams and customer relationships. You need solid background in enterprise IT and business software (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) and operate as an AI-fluent operator using AI copilots for outputs and automations. You should have proven expertise in executing process improvements for measurable business value and demonstrated ability orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Clinical R&D domains within Life Sciences is essential. A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical field is required, or a Business/Economics degree with technical minor.
