Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Value Engineer, you will spearhead AI and data-driven business transformation for Fortune 500 customers, primarily supporting operations in Brazil. You will own the complete value journey for customers, combining technical execution with consulting and project management expertise.
Your core responsibilities include: uncovering customer business challenges through discovery, crafting executive narratives around business value, and leading workshops to demonstrate ROI. You will cultivate executive sponsorship across business units, co-own change management initiatives, and design Centers of Excellence roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency. You will steer global transformations across complex workstreams, implement AI-driven account planning, and automate executive governance processes like QBRs and steering committees.
As an AI-fluent operator, you will leverage AI tools and copilots for rapid technical outputs while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for deeper solution builds. You will champion platform adoption, build strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core platform, and provide feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales managing complex workstreams and customer relationships. Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). Proven expertise in process improvement and value realization. Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multi-region transformation programs and mobilize VP/Director-level sponsorship. Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical degree (or Business/Economics with technical minor). Knowledge of Brazil market is required. Fluent English with commanding executive presence.
