The Senior User Operations Manager will own end-to-end user growth across BIT's brokerage and crypto trading business, covering the full user lifecycle from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. This is a strategic, results-driven role requiring ownership of growth strategy definition, target breakdown, and cross-functional execution to drive measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing end-to-end growth strategy across the user lifecycle (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue); driving user acquisition initiatives through channels, partnerships, and campaign strategies; optimizing conversion funnels from registration through onboarding, funding, and first trade; leading user lifecycle management to improve retention, engagement, and trading activity; designing and executing growth programs such as referral systems, incentives, and lifecycle campaigns; building and monitoring key growth metrics (CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV); running A/B tests and iterating based on data insights; and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Data teams.
Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years of experience in Growth, User Operations, or related roles with a proven track record driving both user acquisition and retention. Experience in brokerage, fintech, or crypto trading platforms is highly preferred. Required competencies include strong understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR, funnel optimization), data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills (SQL/BI tools a plus), ability to translate business goals into actionable growth plans, and strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
