BRINC is a vertically integrated U.S. drone technology company building autonomous emergency-response systems for public safety. The company designs and manufactures unmanned aircraft systems, autonomous drone stations, command-and-control software, and advanced autonomy. BRINC operates Drone as First Responder (DFR) networks that dispatch drones directly to 911 calls, serving over 1,000 public safety customers across all 50 states and acting as the sole drone supplier to Motorola Solutions.
The Senior Technical Program Manager for Integrations & Partner Engineering will own how BRINC's LiveOps cloud platform connects to systems customers already operate—computer-aided dispatch (CAD), records management (RMS), real-time crime centers, camera and sensor networks, evidence management, and other public safety platforms. This is a customer-facing role reporting to executive engineering leadership.
Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end onboarding of new customers onto existing LiveOps integrations; defining and driving third-party integration strategy; establishing new integration partnerships with vendor engineering teams; exercising technical and business judgment on build-versus-buy decisions; driving delivery of new integration development with the Cloud Software team; owning troubleshooting for integrations in the field; serving as primary contact for integration customers and partners; building playbooks and documentation to scale the integration program; tracking program health and reporting to executive leadership; ensuring integrations meet security, reliability, and compliance standards including CJIS requirements; and feeding integration learnings back into product planning.
The role requires deep technical fluency with cloud software, APIs, authentication/SSO, data flows, and cloud infrastructure—enough to lead strategy discussions and participate in technical reviews without writing code. You'll work directly with agency IT staff, dispatch leaders, vendor engineering teams, and BRINC's Cloud Software/Web Platform engineering team. This is a highly visible role requiring someone equally comfortable reviewing API specs, sitting with customers, shaping partnership strategy, and presenting executive status reviews.
