Salary: USD 85,000 - 157,000 / annual
Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality instructor-led and blended learning experiences to customers, implementation partners, and internal teams. The role owns the full training lifecycle—from designing and developing engaging course content to facilitating live sessions, managing classroom experiences, and continuously improving programs based on CSAT, NPS, and performance data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver instructor-led and blended learning (classroom and remote) technical training to customer teams, implementation partners, and platform end-users, including workshops and technical bootcamps.
- Own the classroom experience, managing delivery, pacing, timing, and adherence to published agendas.
- Design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online, and virtual modalities with continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Manage student activities, communications, and support items, including proctoring live exams, reviewing AI-proctored exams, grading assignments, and managing training service tickets.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to continuously learn and deliver highest-quality training.
- Proactively implement training course evaluations, collect metrics, and strategize on program improvements.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance technical training delivery, content refinement, learner engagement, and analysis of training effectiveness.
- Guide certification tracks for technical roles and organize training materials to align with certification program vision.
- Maintain, coordinate, and communicate training schedules with end users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Go-To-Market teams to ensure partners and customers are trained to deliver Reltio implementations successfully.
- Maintain active certification on Reltio's most technical role-based credentials (Solution Architect Project-Ready Certification) within 90 days of hire or 30 days of content release.
- Lead special projects aligned with Training or broader Company initiatives, with accountability for managing project assignments and deliverables.
- Manage LMS course objects and related training materials, including prerequisites, course materials, attendance, participation requirements, and assignments.
- May require domestic and international travel and flexibility to support learners across time zones.
- Training delivery may require extended workdays depending on class format and learner needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training (live or virtual) in data management or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) products; data management experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical subject matter content.
- Experience working with cloud-based APIs, API tools (like Postman), and familiarity with JSON.
- Demonstrated project or program management experience, including ownership of deliverables, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and outcomes.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to engage learners at varying levels of technical knowledge in virtual and in-person environments.
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven track record of owning training projects.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems, project management systems (Monday.com, Jira), and productivity tools (MS Office, Confluence).
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving products and technology.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across departments, geographic locations, and time zones.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, effective presentations and documentation for learners of varying knowledge levels.
- Experience with ETL technologies and processes, data modeling techniques, and NoSQL data stores.
- Experience developing role-based certification programs is preferred.
