Zscaler is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to join its Customer Success Organization as a remote-based role in the UK. Reporting to the Manager of Technical Success Management, you will serve as the central post-sales point of contact for customers, guiding them through their Zero Trust security journey and helping them adopt and maximize Zscaler's cloud security solutions.
In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners, aligning their strategic objectives with Zscaler's platform capabilities. You'll provide expert technical guidance, product insights, and best practices to develop customized integration and operationalization strategies for Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform—the world's largest in-line cloud security platform used by thousands of customers globally.
Key responsibilities include offering technical expertise and organizational leadership to manage complex escalations and coordinate resolutions across internal and external teams. You'll work proactively to identify adoption insights, develop risk mitigation plans, and partner with Zscaler teams to ensure long-term customer success. You'll also contribute to creating intellectual capital, including best practice guides and playbooks, to strengthen the broader Customer Success team's impact.
You bring 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering. You also have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions. Strong technical acumen is essential—you can analyze customer data to gain key insights, align business challenges to Zscaler's portfolio, and develop tailored adoption strategies. You communicate and present effectively, with the ability to influence both internal and external decisions.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-powered operational analytics, predictive health scoring, or conversational AI platforms; deep background in Cloud and Networking Security technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, SWG, DLP, VPNs, CASB); and relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, CCIE, Network+, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. A foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions is also valued.
