Braze is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to lead Solutions Operations—the internal capability layer behind the Solutions Consulting organization. This is a strategic operations role with significant technical depth, based in London with a deliberate EMEA focus.
The role has evolved from producing demo assets on request to owning the systems that make the entire organization faster, better informed, and more effective. You will build and maintain shared systems the field deploys into: demo automation, agent and MCP skill packages, workflow plugins, and a discoverable asset repository. You'll turn field signal into a prioritized build backlog by defining what needs to be measured, instrumenting data collection, and translating insights into work with named metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining shared systems for demo automation, agents, workflows, and asset repositories
- Translating field signal into a data-driven build backlog with clear metrics
- Producing actionable insights (not just reporting) and owning recurring readouts to SolCon and sales leadership across regions
- Reconciling regional measurement approaches and surfacing patterns teams aren't seeing
- Conducting qualitative research with Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, and regional leaders to identify friction and map how specialist functions support deal cycles
- Evaluating when bespoke builds are justified versus when reusable assets should be leveraged
- Driving adoption of team-built assets through visible project posts, sprint showcases, and strategic visibility
- Partnering with Field Architecture, POC Program Delivery, Security & Privacy, Tech Partnerships, and RFP Management
A core part of this role is having a cross-regional point of view—understanding how AMER enterprise teams operate versus EMEA teams, identifying what works in one pocket of the org, and making it reusable rather than leaving it buried in a single deal.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in operations, go-to-market engineering, solutions engineering, or technical program management in B2B SaaS, with ownership of a system or program (not just a queue of tickets)
- Technical capability to build: comfortable with scripting and light application development (Python, JavaScript/Node, APIs, SDKs); fluent with AI development tooling (Claude, Cursor, agent frameworks, MCP). CS degree not required
- Data fluency: comfortable in Salesforce, Looker (or similar BI tooling), and a data warehouse (Snowflake or similar); able to build dashboards and defend the numbers
- Understanding of how go-to-market teams operate—sales cycles, presales motions, and what makes technical evaluations succeed or stall
- Ability to build against requirements and to write requirements yourself when needed
- Self-directed: able to identify leverage points and pursue them without prompting
- Strong communicator who can hold a room with regional leadership and run working sessions with engineers
- Curiosity about martech, AI tooling, and the evolution of technical evaluation as the demo motion shifts toward POCs and agent-driven connectivity
