You will join the Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior Technical Recruiter, reporting to the Head of Technical Recruiting. This hybrid role is based in Santa Clara, CA with on-site requirements Tuesday–Thursday. You will execute full-cycle recruiting to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent, ensuring strong team building through inclusive and thoughtful execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles with exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team priorities
- Support hiring teams from recruitment kickoff through offer formulation, negotiation, and close with minimal supervision
- Champion inclusive hiring practices with urgency, precision, and thoughtful execution
- Leverage strategic sourcing methodologies to build and cultivate high-quality candidate pipelines across critical technical searches in a competitive talent environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house within enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity industry
- Proven hands-on experience with strategic sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, niche tech communities, advanced search techniques)
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive searches and fill requisitions in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to generate excitement around technical opportunities while delivering responsive, candidate-first experience
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows and augment problem-solving
- Ability to work on-site at Santa Clara headquarters Tuesday through Thursday
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven track record leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or automated workflows to accelerate talent pipelines
- Prior experience recruiting for software engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, data science, or security research domains
- Proven track record applying structured, inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines
- Versatility and comfort operating in both fast-scaling high-growth and established enterprise environments
