As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. You'll orchestrate deployment between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers, ensuring high-quality go-lives and smooth transitions to customer success teams.
Key responsibilities include: leading implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and CSM handoff; orchestrating Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom deployment; guiding customers through technical integration setup (Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, SSO); running kickoff calls and office hours; triaging issues and escalating appropriately; coordinating adoption strategies with CSMs; maintaining project plans and milestone tracking in Asana/Microsoft Planner; translating technical concepts (integration architecture, XPATH mapping, APIs) for stakeholders at all levels; and leveraging agentic AI tools to scale your own effectiveness.
You'll work equally comfortably in executive kickoff calls and technical deep-dives with engineers. You translate complexity into clarity, manage competing priorities, and treat Time to Value as a guiding metric without sacrificing customer experience.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, MIS, CIS, or related field; 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS; ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements; proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable tools; technical aptitude to work directly with engineers. Preferred: experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms; familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems; working knowledge of agentic AI tools and process automation; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
