Strava is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead cross-functional program execution for Strava for Business, the company's enterprise and partnership initiatives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical program delivery that transforms the SfB roadmap into shipped, reliable capabilities, coordinating work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep initiatives scoped, sequenced, and on track. Key responsibilities include driving concurrent cross-team programs from scoping through delivery; owning the operating cadence including planning, standups, and reviews; acting as the first line of defense for incoming requests by triaging and sequencing work across engineering and business stakeholders; surfacing risks and trade-offs early to prevent blockers; partnering daily with SfB engineering managers, product managers, and business/partnerships stakeholders; and establishing intake and triage processes to enable predictable shipping. You will need 6+ years of program management experience with a proven track record leading cross-functional programs in business, GTM, or sales organizations. Strong independent triage and prioritization skills are essential—you should be comfortable scoping, sequencing, and unblocking work under ambiguity without hand-holding. Technical fluency is required to earn engineering trust: you should be able to follow the technical stack in your focus area, challenge assumptions, spot potential issues, and know when to escalate. B2B, enterprise, or partner-platform experience is required, along with comfort operating within GTM and sales rhythms including pipeline management, product launches, and partner commitments. Strava is a consumer fitness platform with over 200 million athletes across 185+ countries. The company is backed by Sequoia Capital, TCV, Madrone Partners, and Jackson Square Ventures. Strava is committed to building an inclusive workplace where employees from diverse backgrounds can grow and thrive.
