Salary: CAD 108,000 - 148,500 / annual
Okta is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team, driving cross-functional delivery of strategic Platform Infrastructure initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management and serves as the central orchestrator for large-scale, complex programs spanning Product, Engineering, and cross-organizational teams.
Key responsibilities include: driving large-scale programs from design through delivery; partnering with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements while securing organizational commitments; orchestrating planning, prioritization, and execution across disparate functions; proactively identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and impediments; building strong relationships and providing transparency into program goals and progress; energizing cross-functional teams toward ambitious objectives; and developing broad technical and domain knowledge to influence strategy.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in software, SaaS, or systems development with a cybersecurity focus. Required competencies include: proven track record managing and delivering large-scale technology programs; excellence in multi-project risk identification and management; experience with globally distributed teams; strong communication and credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives; ability to influence through matrix organizations; excellent interpersonal and remote collaboration skills; passion for solving ambiguous, complex problems; familiarity with agile and program management methodologies; strong execution focus in data-informed environments; and experience enabling teams to adopt and optimize processes and tooling.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; and CSM or PSM certification.
