The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives critical to Tekion's business and product strategy. This is an end-to-end program leadership role requiring strong technical depth, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in high-growth environments.
Key responsibilities include: leading execution of high-impact technical programs across multiple teams and systems; partnering with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security to define scope and success metrics; proactively identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; establishing clear operating cadences and status reporting; driving clarity and accountability across workstreams; mentoring junior TPMs and developing best practices for the TPM function; and influencing strategic planning with a program-centric execution lens.
Required qualifications: 6–8 years of technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership experience; proven track record leading complex technical programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments; deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and agile methodologies; exceptional stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and communication skills; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced certifications like PMP or SAFe a plus).
