Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes for ambitious businesses.
You will lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, working on initiatives ranging from infrastructure scaling to reliability and incident response. Your responsibilities include connecting platform and product engineering teams to keep context flowing, surfacing dependencies, and driving effective execution. You'll own programs end-to-end—from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective analysis.
You will partner with engineering leaders on roadmaps, identify project overlaps and dependencies, and keep programs aligned with organizational goals. A key part of the role involves helping engineers, engineering managers, and partner teams communicate business and engineering priorities across the organization. You'll strengthen Ramp's incident response program by improving processes, facilitating retrospectives, and helping teams act on learnings. You'll also help define how TPMs work at Ramp by setting standards, creating playbooks, and improving program practices.
