Pano AI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and operations teams. The role sits at the heart of the engineering organization, serving as the connective tissue between software, embedded, and hardware squads.
You will own end-to-end program management for ambitious technical initiatives, from discovery and scoping through execution, launch, and retrospective. Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering leads, product managers, and designers to define milestones, map dependencies, and maintain stakeholder alignment on progress, risks, and decisions. You'll drive sprint planning, quarterly roadmap planning, and OKR processes to ensure teams have clear priorities, realistic timelines, and well-defined success criteria.
You will build and maintain program dashboards, status reports, and roadmap views that provide leadership and cross-functional partners with real-time visibility into delivery health. A critical part of the role is identifying and resolving blockers proactively—driving escalations, facilitating decisions, and removing friction across teams before they become schedule threats.
Additionally, you'll lead cross-functional working groups and recurring program syncs, ensuring the right people are engaged and every meeting drives toward clear, documented outcomes. As Pano scales from 150 to 300+ people, you'll support the engineering organization in building scalable processes, tooling, and ceremonies. You may also collaborate with external partners including fire agencies and government stakeholders.
