In this Senior Technical Program Manager role, you will lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, working at the intersection of infrastructure scaling, reliability, and incident response. You'll connect platform and product engineering teams, maintain context flow, surface dependencies, and drive execution on complex initiatives. Your responsibilities include owning programs from scoping through delivery and retrospective analysis, partnering with engineering leaders on roadmaps to identify overlaps and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will strengthen Ramp's incident response program by improving processes, facilitating retrospectives, and helping teams act on learnings. You'll also help define TPM practices at Ramp by setting standards, creating playbooks, and improving program execution. This is a hands-on role with executive visibility and direct impact on how Ramp's engineering organization scales. You're expected to bring technical judgment to earn engineers' trust and create clarity across complex programs.
The role emphasizes AI fluency and curiosity about how AI tools can improve engineering team workflows. You'll experiment with AI tools yourself and bring that perspective to the programs you lead.

- Track record of building trust quickly and working effectively across teams
